Scullery Taproom is the city cellar door for Scull kombucha.
The space was formerly a garage and is now converted to an inner-city warehouse for the wholesale and retail operation of the Scull kombucha brand.
Husband and wife team, Damian and Sharon packed their bags in December 2017 and landed bright eyed and bushy tailed in Adelaide. Since launching booch kombucha in February 2018, they have had a blast in “Radelaide”, which they feel is the epicentre of food culture in Australia. Fast forward to October 2018 and they see themselves growing beyond just kombucha, and so they wanted a name that represented them. SCULL. For them, the word scull invokes the spirit of abandonment and joy when you scull a drink, as well as highlighting the forward-thinking nature they want to be known for. Like how a single rower can effortlessly glide across still water, sculling with two oars.
Scullery, Adelaide’s first kombucha taproom was officially opened on 23 November 2018. Getting their start at the market circuit like Bowerbird, Gilles at the Grounds and Winterfest Port Adelaide has been a great way for them to introduce SCULL kombucha and they will continue to be at select events and markets to share their booch with more Adelaideans!
