We’re particularly excited by ideas that offer a strong point of difference or an experiential edge. This could take the form of a bold vintage business, a curated trinket store or even a hybrid concept that blends retail with art, workshops or interactive elements. Ultimately, we’re looking for a tenant who can bring energy, personality and a reason for shoppers to linger, explore and return.
