Renew Adelaide event application form

Renew Adelaide (supported by funding from the City of Adelaide) is hosting a free-to-attend, curated artisan market and live music event that brings Adelaide’s west end to life during Fringe season. Here at Renew, we’ve got a real soft spot for the west end. We’re excited to work with local makers to showcase the creative culture of the precinct and put on a great event with lots of top notch SA-made products, creative workshops and some of Adelaide’s best live music

We’re seeking applications from:

  1. Stallholders who can offer products such as: fashion (vintage or Made in SA), ceramics, art prints, jewellery, floristry, candles and food retail (ie. pickles, preserves, oils)
  2. Hospitality operators (ie. food trucks or pop-ups)
  3. Creative workshop facilitators – we have capacity to offer 2 – 3 paid public workshops at the event, so if you’ve got a skill you’d love to share with the world, here’s your opportunity!
  4. Got something to offer that isn’t listed here, but feel like it’d be a great fit? Let us know anyway!

If you’re interested in hosting a stall, here’s what you need to know:

  • There are only 30 x stalls available, and we will curate participants to ensure a diverse product offering at the event
  • We are offering all stalls free of charge – we want to keep the event super accessible, so that means no stallholder fees for you!
  • For each stallholder, we will provide: 1 x trestle (1.8m), 1 x chair (extras available on request), 1 x 9sqm umbrella
  • Stalls will measure approximately 3m x 3m
  • You may bring additional clothing racks or display walls (that fit within your allocated 9sqm space)

To participate in the market, you must have your own Public Liability Insurance (up to $10 million).

We will review applications and respond to all applicants no later than COB Monday 3 February. If confirmed as a stallholder, you will receive a full run sheet and more information from us in February.
